Frequently asked questions
What counts as an order?
Each Amazon order ID counts as one order, regardless of how many units are in it. Multi-item orders count as a single order. Orders count by order date, and cancelled orders don't count. Your count starts over each month.
How do I choose a plan?
You pick it. Each plan includes a set number of orders a month: Starter up to 1,000, Pro up to 5,000, Expert up to 20,000, and Enterprise unlimited. Connect Amazon and we suggest the plan that fits your last 30 days of orders, but the choice is yours, and we never change your plan for you. Every feature is included on every plan.
What happens if I go over my plan's orders?
Nothing stops. Extra orders are 8¢ each on Starter and 5¢ each on Pro and Expert, counted at the end of each month. On a monthly plan they appear on your next bill. On an annual plan we still count each month and send a separate monthly invoice for any extra orders. There are no overage charges during your free trial or in any free months, and promotions apply to your plan price, not to extra orders. Enterprise has no overage charges.
Is there a limit on overage charges?
Yes. A month never costs more than 1.5 times the price of the cheapest plan that covers that month's orders. For example, on Starter ($79 a month) with 10,000 orders, extra orders would be 9,000 x 8¢ = $720, or $799 in total. Expert covers 10,000 orders at $399, so that month costs at most 1.5 x $399 = $598.50, not $799. The cap uses list prices; promotions don't change it.
What do Enterprise and custom plans include?
Enterprise includes unlimited orders and every feature for $799 a month, with no overage charges. Custom plans and Full Service are priced to your business and never carry overage charges. Contact us for a quote.
How does the October offer work?
Subscribe now and take 40% off for your first 12 months. The discount applies to your plan price on monthly or annual billing, not to extra orders. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. The offer ends October 31.
Do I get AI agent (MCP) access?
Yes. MCP access lets you connect Inventory Hero to Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI agents, and it is included on every plan free during our beta. We are leaving it open to everyone right now while we learn how sellers use it. Full MCP access is planned to become a Pro and above premium feature in the future, and we will give plenty of notice before that changes.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year.
What is Full Service?
Full Service means our team runs your supply chain on top of the software. We own the forecast, the purchase order recommendations, inbound and container planning, shipment tracking, and reimbursement claims, across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart. You keep your factory relationships and final approval on every order. Engagements run six months to carry you through Q4 and the Q1 reset, then month to month.
